Waqas has advised central banks, regulators, listed entities, and global conglomerates across financial services, energy, FMCG, manufacturing, and public sector domains. His expertise covers end-to-end risk and compliance transformation, including IT audit, cybersecurity governance, third-party assurance, AI governance (ISO/IEC 42001), ISO 22301 business continuity frameworks, and integrated risk management systems.
