His career spans the world’s leading professional services firms — EY, PwC, KPMG, and Deloitte — as well as industry roles with global enterprises such as Engro, where he has led large-scale programs in IT Governance, Cybersecurity, AI GRC, Business Continuity, and Transformation.

Waqas has advised central banks, regulators, listed entities, and global conglomerates across financial services, energy, FMCG, manufacturing, and public sector domains. His expertise covers end-to-end risk and compliance transformation, including IT audit, cybersecurity governance, third-party assurance, AI governance (ISO/IEC 42001), ISO 22301 business continuity frameworks, and integrated risk management systems. A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CISA, and Senior Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 42001, Waqas has delivered transformation projects that embed resilience, strengthen data trust, and enhance board-level oversight. He has most recently been the Head of the Quantitative Risk team at Abu Dhabi Holding (ADQ), where he was overseeing setting up a risk quantification framework across different business verticals. Prior to ADQ, Amine held numerous positions with leading financial institutions in New York including UBS and Credit Suisse, where he worked in modeling capacity supporting multiple businesses. Amine has extensive experience building forecasting models using different machine learning techniques. He also possesses solid managerial and management expertise through his leadership roles across different financial institutions. Prior to joining Falconry Solutions, Uzair was with PwC, where he played a key role in delivering high-impact solutions in finance transformation, audit readiness, and control environments. At Falconry, he leads GRC platform delivery across the financial sector, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution to drive regulatory alignment and operational excellence.
