Falconry Completes UAE Energy Resilience Programme
Falconry completed a business continuity and operational resilience programme for a major UAE energy group, supporting the organization in strengthening continuity governance, recovery planning and enterprise readiness for disruption. The engagement followed a structured resilience lifecycle. It began with current-state assessment and maturity review, followed by business impact and threat analysis to clarify critical activities, dependencies, recovery objectives and risk exposure.
